Bedrock Booking – Listing Terms

These terms apply to any business, accommodation provider, or event organiser submitting content or listings to Bedrock Booking.

1. Purpose of the Platform

Bedrock Booking exists to help visitors discover accommodation, events and experiences in Torbay while supporting the local tourism economy.

By submitting a listing you agree to these terms.

2. Accuracy of Information

Partners are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted is accurate and up to date, including:

  • business details

  • accommodation descriptions

  • pricing

  • event information

  • images

Bedrock Booking may edit listings for formatting or clarity but does not guarantee accuracy.

3. Images and Content

By submitting content, images or descriptions you confirm that:

  • you have permission to use them

  • they do not infringe copyright

  • they may be displayed on the Bedrock Booking website and marketing materials

You retain ownership of your content.

4. Listings and Promotion

Bedrock Booking may promote listings across:

  • the website

  • social media

  • newsletters

  • marketing campaigns

The goal is to increase visibility for local partners and attract visitors to Torbay.

5. Fees and Commission

Some listings may be free during the early pilot phase.

Where bookings are made through the platform, Bedrock Booking may charge a commission or membership fee, which will be clearly stated before participation.

6. Removal of Listings

Bedrock Booking reserves the right to remove listings that:

  • contain misleading information

  • violate laws or regulations

  • damage the reputation of the platform

  • receive serious complaints from users

Partners may also request removal of their listing at any time.

7. Relationship with Visitors

Any booking, service or transaction is an agreement between the visitor and the provider.

Bedrock Booking acts as a promotional and booking platform only.

8. Changes to Listing Terms

These terms may be updated as the platform develops.

The latest version will always be available on the website.
